Terms Of Service

This Is an Agreement Between You or The Entity That You Represent (Hereinafter “You” Or “Your”) And GS Advisors Private Limited (Hereinafter “GSeduverse”) Governing Your Use of GSeduverse Platform and Learning Services."

Acceptance of Terms

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Terms. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our Services. If you agree to the General Terms and do not agree to any Service Specific Terms, do not use the corresponding Service. By accessing and using www.gseduverse.com("the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Description Of Service

  1. Learning Management Platform: 
    We provide an enormous educational platform that lets teacher into effective teaching and students indulge into more collaborative and engaged learning. Our services include intellectual content sharing, and also sharing other content available online or offline but without any copyright infringement or damage to any intellectual property right. In case of copyright infringement or illegal copying of resource or any other illegal activity, GSeduverse will not be responsible and strict action will be taken against the concerned entity. You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for internal business purpose in the organization that you represent. You may connect to the Services using any Internet browser supported by the Services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the Services. You can create and edit content with your user account and if you choose to do so, you can publish and share such content.

User Accounts

  1. To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create a user account.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  3. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to update your information as needed to keep it accurate and complete.

  5. Use or sharing of your Account with another user is not permitted and is cause for immediate blocking of your access to the Website, the Services and the Content, and termination of your Account.

Course Information

  1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date course information, including prices and availability.
  2. We guarantee accuracy and completeness of courses created by GSeduverse. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information of other partners hosting their courses on GSeduverse LMS platform.
  3. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Site at any time, including course prices and descriptions.

Course Ordering and Payment

  1. When you purchase any course(s) through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the purchase.
  2. All payments are subject to verification and acceptance by GSeduverse.
  3. GSeduverse reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

Cancellation & Refunds

Website and LMS Usage Guidelines

  1. Do not insult, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or infringe the rights of others.
  2. Do not publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, indecent, offensive or unlawful material or information.
  3. Do not upload, install, transfer files which are protected by Intellectual Property Laws or software which affects other computers.
  4. Do not communicate spam, advertise, or sell services such as digital downloads, eBooks, or phishing links.
  5. You may not copy, distribute, or in plagiarize our website content or user submitted content.
  6. In the event of any of the above GSeduverse reserves the right to suspend the user’s account (LMS buyer or any end user- student/learner) without any prior notice and holds back any payments due to the user till the matter is resolved.

Intellectual Property

  1. The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GS Advisors Private Limited (Growth Source & GSeduverse) and is protected by copyright and other laws.
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the Site without prior written consent from GSeduverse.
  3. The course content created and uploaded by the LMS users is the property of the respective course creator.

Limitation of Liability

  1. GSeduverse is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  1. GSeduverse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
