At GSeduverse, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your cancellation will be effective from the next subscription month, and any prepaid amounts for the unused period will be refunded to your original payment source within 15 to 21 business working days of cancellation. However, all offers, additional discounts, additional free periods, etc. shall cease to be effective in case of any cancellation. The refund shall be adjusted based on the monthly cost of the subscription and any additional discount basis a 12-month subscription shall not be applicable for refund.
Certainly. At GSeduverse, we provide the flexibility to adjust your LMS subscription, upgrading or downgrading as needed to meet your evolving requirements. This is part of our commitment to providing user-friendly e-learning platform solutions.
As a user of GSeduverse, you maintain complete ownership of your content. GSeduverse solely offers the infrastructure for your learning & training operations, which includes the ability to white-label the LMS for instance. Should you decide to migrate your course and Student data from our servers, it remains exclusively your property.
The subscription cost listed includes usage of the GSeduverse platform. Please be aware that applicable government taxes are additional. We are committed to transparency and want to assure you that there are no hidden charges when you select GSeduverse for your online learning requirements.
At GSeduverse, we are committed to providing comprehensive customer support seven days a week (10 AM – 7 AM). Whether you need assistance with onboarding or resolving technical issues, you can contact us via call, chat, email, or WhatsApp. We aim to deliver an unparalleled online teaching platform experience and offer guidance during the onboarding process, ensuring clients understand how to use the LMS. Our customer service team is always available to help should you encounter any difficulties while using the LMS.
Yes, we support the integration of compatible add-ons to enrich your GSeduverse experience. Please be aware that for any custom requirements, additional factors such as cost, and delivery timeline may need to be taken into account.
To obtain a GST-compliant invoice, just inform your GSeduverse account manager or sales/support representative. They will provide you with the necessary invoice.
Course dripping, or content dripping refers to the systematic release of course lessons /topics over a period. This scheduled method ensures that learners receive content gradually, which can improve engagement and comprehension. It allows trainers and instructors to manage the learning pace, increase retention, and create a structured learning environment.
Yes, you are right. Learners can access your web and mobile apps seamlessly with the same username and password.
We guarantee the security of your videos if they are uploaded to the GSeduverse server. You can upload videos using the course manager tab within your admin panel. However, if your videos are embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, they will be streamed from those platforms, and GSeduverse cannot ensure their content security. We recommend hosting your free content on YouTube and your paid content on GSeduverse. Content streamed from YouTube or Vimeo will not be counted as bandwidth consumption on your GSeduverse account.
We provide multiple security features to protect your course content from piracy. i. Username and password authentication for every learner and the admin ii. Timed signed URL for accessing content iii. Encrypted course content streaming to learners so that actual course content cannot be downloaded.
If videos are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo your bandwidth on GSeduverse will not be considered. Other factors that are considered for bandwidth are streaming of course content like videos hosted on GSeduverse, PDFs, PPTs, HTML lessons, assessments, webpage loading, LIVE Classrooms, number of concurrent users, and other data rendered to your learners from GSeduverse.
Our infrastructure setup is well-designed and geared towards delivering high availability, scalability, and security for our server needs. We have utilized a Tier 3 data center which ensures high availability and redundancy, with redundant power, cooling, and network connections. This helps keep downtime minimal and ensures reliability. Our Auto-scaling Application Servers dynamically scale based on workload demands and allow us to efficiently handle varying levels of traffic without over-provisioning resources, optimizing cost-effectiveness. We leverage managed database services to enhance reliability and scalability, offloading routine maintenance tasks and allowing our team to focus on application development. The media files are stored securely on a private S3 server and utilize signed URLs for access ensuring data integrity and security. We have implemented CDNs and Transcoders to optimize video streaming performance, ensuring high-quality content delivery tailored to users' bandwidth and device capabilities. By incorporating these technologies and best practices, our infrastructure is well-equipped to meet the demands of our users while providing a secure and reliable platform.
Yes. GSeduverse provides the most importance to protect your content. Your course content is stored in secure servers and only your admins will have access to your content. You can also download your student details like email, phone number, and course enrolment details any time. You can check our data protection clause on our terms and conditions page.
Yes. SCORM Content works on Gseduverse. Please note that i. The SCORM content will be loaded as a zip package. We cannot alter the SCORM player or capture any user stats within SCORM content. But the lesson completion status can be captured on GSeduverse. ii. We cannot encrypt SCORM content. However, pirating SCORM content is difficult by its nature.
At GSeduverse, we take user privacy seriously and comply with Indian data protection laws. Our privacy policy ensures the transparent handling of personal information for educational purposes and improving user experience. We collect personal data with consent for educational purposes, LMS services, and improving user experience. We have defined data retention periods and implemented security measures. Yes, all your course content uploaded during the trial period will be intact, and your content and the entire account will be linked to your branded domain without any data loss when you upgrade to a paid plan.

GSeduverse offers branded LMS. On the web, you can link your learning portal to your branded website/domain through the DNS setting. If you subscribe to mobile apps, we provide branded Android and iOS apps in your preferred brand name.

Refund processing time may vary, but we aim to update you on the status within 15-21 business working days after your request is approved. b. Payment Confirmation: I. If you have made a payment and haven't received confirmation, please wait for a reasonable amount of time for the confirmation email to arrive. ii. Check your spam or junk folders in case the confirmation email was filtered. iii.
