GSeduverse offers a trial period of 7-15 days to assess its suitability before you pick up your paid plan. However, should a situation arise that pushes you to cancel your subscription, you can do that anytime. Your cancellation will be effective from the next subscription month, and any prepaid amounts for the unused period will be refunded to your original payment source within 15 to 21 business working days of cancellation. However, all offers, additional discounts, additional free periods, etc. shall cease to be effective in case of any cancellation. The refund shall be adjusted based on the monthly cost of the subscription and any additional discount basis a 12- month subscription shall not be applicable for refund.
Once you have enrolled in a course on https://www.gseducerse.com, you will have access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchasee. Access to course content is granted immediately upon purchase confirmation unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our courses. If GSeduverse is notified
of your request for a refund within this timeframe, and you meet the criteria
outlined below, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Criteria for Courses
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all the following criteria:
I. The request for a refund is made within the specified refund period for any course.
II. You have not completed more than 20% of the course.
III. The request is not due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at care@gsdeduverse.in within the specified refund period. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
a. Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.
b. Please allow 15-21 business working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Certain items, such as bundled courses, certifications, or special promotions, may be non-refundable. This will be communicated at the time of purchase.
GSeduverse reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
