This course is studied as a specialization and hence is offered at the PG level. After completing a UG degree in law, candidates can pursue a master's degree in law with IT law specialization. Apart from this, many colleges also specify that candidates should have completed their bachelor’s or equivalent degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university if they want to pursue a course in IT Law.
